The IBD Talent Academy: This is IBD’s flagship project whose vision is to produce a transformed generation of young leaders equipped with the right skills, education, empathy, exposure, and experience to promote sustainable development with suitable intergenerational outcomes for the dynamic society-economy-environment nexus.

The piece of land spared for the project occupies a serene vantage location in Kenya’s Nyanza region with red soil, located just a kilometre from the paved main road in the vicinity.

The accompanying mentorship and leadership model engages a multistakeholder approach and draw on intercultural experiences, while seeking to identify and develop talents among young learners for marketplace relevance and impact – all in a timely and integrated manner.
